You'll support and scale high-value eCommerce brands using Teikametrics' AI-powered retail optimization platform. Your work will directly drive customer growth through campaign strategy and operational excellence. You'll own enterprise relationships within your first six months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support onboarding and activation of SBS customers
• Translate customer goals into structured campaign strategies
• Rebuild and optimize campaign structures within the platform
• Monitor performance and surface actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer success or digital advertising
• Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems
• Strong analytical instincts with data interpretation skills
• Experience in e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Walmart)
