💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Account Executive in NYC, running the full sales cycle for SMBs and startups. You'll own outbound prospecting and build pipeline from scratch, working directly with the C-Suite. This is a chance to scale a fintech platform and have a real impact on company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to closed deal
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Attend local events and represent Thera in NYC market
  • Track activity in CRM and provide feedback on messaging

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience
  • 1+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive
  • Comfortable with cold calling and personalized outreach
  • Experience in fintech or payroll sales preferred

  • Experience selling to founders or finance leaders
  • Existing network in NYC startup ecosystem
