🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end scheduling for interviews.
• Deliver a clean, human candidate experience.
• Keep candidates, recruiters, and managers informed.
• Maintain data accuracy in Ashby.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or ops.
• Detail-oriented with high reliability.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without fluster.
• Warm and easy to work with.
