You'll develop briefings, documentation, and process maps to support technology implementation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop briefings, agendas, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Document business requirements and translate into process maps.
• Create system architectural diagrams, wireframes, and status reports.
• Gather information from SMEs to write procedures and technical specs.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and Jira.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting DHS HQ or federal agencies.
• Agile or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics.
