You'll be at the center of our mission, helping strengthen national security through resilient telecom infrastructure. You'll combine technical depth with operational leadership to turn plans into secure and reliable networks. This role drives the rollout of new networks worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute test cases for new functionality launches.
• Configure devices and create repeatable runbooks for deployments.
• Gather customer feedback, manage trouble tickets, and identify root causes.
• Lead launch operations planning and execution including MOPs and rollback strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cellular core network deployments.
• Ability to analyze cellular system network trace data and packet captures.
• Proven success operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience drafting MOPs and executing maintenance windows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile practices and task management tools like Jira.
• Experience working closely with telco infrastructure vendors.
