Description

You will define system reliability requirements, generate damage models, and characterize the reliability of new energy storage products. You'll work cross-functionally to design tests and analyze failures for hardware with PCBAs and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own reliability strategy for hardware products with PCBAs and electromechanical systems
• Plan and execute reliability tests such as HALT, thermal cycling, vibration, drop, humidity, IP testing, and power cycling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define design-for-reliability (DfR) requirements and drive root cause analysis for failures
• Track reliability KPIs and deliver reliability insights to guide design improvements
