You'll act as a strategic partner to customers, guiding them to maximize value from the Planful platform. You'll focus on optimizing outcomes, enabling adoption, and driving long-term success through advisory and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor optimizing Planful usage
• Conduct strategic discovery and solution alignment sessions
• Provide best practice guidance on financial planning and reporting
• Assess configurations and recommend enhancements
• Support customers through change management initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience
• Hands-on experience with financial planning and reporting processes
• Experience with Financial Management or EPM software in advisory capacity
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
