As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, reducing shrink, and maintaining visual standards. Partner with leadership to support shipment processing, floor recovery, and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate process gaps
• Support shipment receiving, transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and safe work environment
