🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess psychosocial status of patients and families related to terminal illness
• Carry out social evaluations including family dynamics and coping abilities
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Maintain clinical records and assist with advanced directives

📋 Requirements

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
• Minimum 1 year health care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile
