You'll shape IP strategy and support high-value business development, licensing, and collaboration transactions for a clinical-stage TechBio company. You'll work at the intersection of law, science, and technology to drive the future of therapeutic discovery. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and influence patent prosecution and strategic deal-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead patent prosecution and enforcement strategy for chemical and technological innovations
• Oversee global patent portfolio development and coordinate with outside counsel
• Advise on and support complex life sciences transactions including collaborations and licensing
• Conduct IP diligence for in-licensing and out-licensing activities
• Manage a team of attorneys, stock administration professionals, and an IP paralegal

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years drafting and prosecuting patent applications in life sciences
• Significant experience supporting strategic transactions from term sheets to negotiations
• Leadership or managerial experience
• Deep knowledge of patent and trade secret laws in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology
• Registered to practice at the USPTO
