💼 About This Role

You'll provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision for children with various abilities, working in homes, schools, and the community. Your core impact is implementing treatment plans and tracking progress to build essential life and communication skills. This role offers direct supervision and hands-on training from Masters or Doctoral-level supervisors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Complete daily progress notes on intervention plan implementation
• Use reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Work with children on skill acquisition and functional communication

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT Certification
• Active CPR Certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and engage in active play

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field
