💼 About This Role

You'll join a global SRE team enhancing reliability, performance, and scalability of systems. You'll drive incident response and post-mortems, build automation tools, and implement SLOs and capacity planning. This role offers the chance to work on a high-traffic finance platform in a hybrid setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive incident response and post-mortem processes
• Design and build internal tools and automation software
• Lead reliability practices: SLO, capacity planning, service reviews
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of Software Engineering experience with .Net and Typescript
• Knowledge of architecture and application design
• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on large-scale, high-traffic platforms
• Understanding of lower-level software frameworks and networking
• Distributed monitoring with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus
• Scripting languages: bash, PowerShell, Python
