💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead MoonPay's internal audit function from the ground up, providing independent assurance on risk management and controls across a global crypto-native platform. Your work will directly shape how we navigate regulatory complexity in digital assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design risk-based global audit program per IIA standards
• Audit operations including AML/KYC/KYT and custody
• Coordinate with external auditors on regulatory audits
• Present audit findings to Board and senior management

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive internal audit in regulated financial institutions
• Experience auditing digital asset custody or crypto trading platforms
• Active CIA or CPA certification; CISA within 12 months
• Bachelor's degree required

• Familiarity with global digital asset regimes (MiCA, FCA, MAS)
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic)
