🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft simple, intuitive content for digital products.
• Define content strategy and tone of voice with teams.
• Translate complex fintech concepts into clear language.
• Evolve content guidelines for consistency.
• Use data and testing to optimize content.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Content Designer in digital product environment.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
• Strong understanding of content design principles (plain language, accessibility).
• Ability to simplify complex topics in fintech/payments.
• 5+ years experience with content testing or user research.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with design systems.
• Knowledge of localisation and multi-market content.
• Experience producing help centre or knowledge base content.
