Description

As a Senior Procurement Officer at BRKZ, you will manage cross-border procurement for building materials and raw materials, coordinating logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. You'll work with global suppliers, handle customs clearance and regulatory compliance, and analyze costs to optimize spending.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience in the construction industry with a focus on international logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs clearance procedures.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cross-border procurement.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing operations, and transportation planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute international and local procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and manage purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate import/export logistics including freight booking, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and oversee domestic transportation schedules for efficient delivery to warehouses or project sites.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and support stock audits and reconciliation.
• Conduct cost analysis, monitor landed costs, and support budget tracking and variance analysis.
