💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex Azure incidents within a Managed Services team. You'll lead incident response, drive problem management, and ensure long-term service stability for customers. You'll also design and validate Azure solutions using Infrastructure as Code and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation resource for managed services customers.
• Act as technical lead and incident commander during high-severity incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incident response.
• Design and validate Azure solutions for security, scalability, and resilience.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Advanced expertise in Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, and monitoring.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104 or equivalent).
• Experience in a Tier 3 escalation role within a Managed Services environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification (AZ-305).
• Experience with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
