You'll lead the design of member-facing dispute experiences at Chime, shaping high-trust interactions across the dispute lifecycle. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes through automation and intentional design, ensuring members feel supported and confident. This role offers the chance to define the future of dispute resolution in a fintech environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design of member-facing dispute experiences from filing to resolution.
  • Design high-trust experiences for emotionally charged dispute moments.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Support, and Research.
  • Shape long-term disputes roadmap including automation and intelligent systems.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong track record designing successful consumer-facing product experiences.
  • Experience owning ambiguous, end-to-end problem spaces.
  • Ability to design for complex systems with multiple users.
  • Portfolio showing clear thinking and strong interaction design in high-stakes flows.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Trust Safety, disputes, or similar regulated environments.
  • Experience at a larger company.
