You'll lead the design of member-facing dispute experiences at Chime, shaping high-trust interactions across the dispute lifecycle. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes through automation and intentional design, ensuring members feel supported and confident. This role offers the chance to define the future of dispute resolution in a fintech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design of member-facing dispute experiences from filing to resolution.
- Design high-trust experiences for emotionally charged dispute moments.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Support, and Research.
- Shape long-term disputes roadmap including automation and intelligent systems.
๐ Requirements
- Strong track record designing successful consumer-facing product experiences.
- Experience owning ambiguous, end-to-end problem spaces.
- Ability to design for complex systems with multiple users.
- Portfolio showing clear thinking and strong interaction design in high-stakes flows.

- Experience in Trust Safety, disputes, or similar regulated environments.
- Experience at a larger company.
