🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze root causes using qualitative, quantitative, and AI methods
• Develop proposals for custom learning solutions
• Orchestrate resources and stakeholders to adapt materials
• Conduct evaluations to measure learning impact

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an instructional designer for adult learners
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with prompt engineering for AI models
• Experience in an enterprise or custom learning environment
