🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day performance and optimization of paid channels
• Manage paid media agency and set strategy
• Lead and scale whitelisting and creator amplification program
• Partner with creative teams to test and iterate ad creative

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in high-growth DTC environment
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok paid social
• Proven track record meeting ambitious channel targets
• Strong grasp of CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution
