💼 About This Role

You'll act as the second-in-command at an autism therapy clinic, ensuring non-clinical operations run smoothly. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
• Handle patient onboarding and ongoing scheduling.
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance and session note conversion.
• Lead the clinic's morale committee and organize team activities.

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited university
• 2+ years of healthcare environment experience
• 1 year managing a large team of hourly employees
• Ability to work 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday plus occasional evenings/weekends
