Description

You will work on complex design challenges as part of Asana's 12-week summer internship program, collaborating with Engineering, User Research, Product Management, and Data Science to ship cohesive product experiences. You'll receive mentorship from experienced designers and contribute to the end-to-end design process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a design-related degree program
• Anticipated graduation between December 2026 and July 2027
• Portfolio demonstrating human-centered design with strong interaction and interface design skills
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and curiosity to learn

Responsibilities

• Pair with experienced designers to transform complex problems into human-centered solutions
• Participate in end-to-end design process: explore concepts, ideate solutions, create final designs in Figma
• Contribute to strategic discussions and component interactions
• Ship experiences that are cohesive within the broader Asana product
• Learn divergent thinking methodologies and understand user impact
