💼 About This Role

You'll support construction projects and site infrastructure installments for Zipline's drone delivery network on the West Coast. Your work will ensure schedule and cost targets are met while building relationships with contractors and local jurisdictions. You'll lead pre-construction strategies and manage external vendors across the full project lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support construction projects and site infrastructure installments.
• Develop and lead improvements to construction methods and processes.
• Build relationships with City Managers, staff, and inspectors.
• Identify and mitigate risks during pre-construction and construction phases.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development or construction
• Strong communication skills to align internal stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 75%+ within the West Coast Region
