• Advanced data manipulation (XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays) and reconciliation across platforms
• Maintain, improve, and integrate global HRIS and payroll systems
• Automate workflows to increase efficiency
• Manage multi-state/country payroll, benefits, and employee services
• Ensure compliance with legislative payroll requirements and government remittances
