You'll provide IT support to end-users for PC, server, and mainframe applications at PEO Aviation. Your core impact is resolving hardware and software issues while overseeing daily system performance. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise-level support and cybersecurity principles.

  • Provide end-user support for PC, server, and mainframe applications
  • Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
  • Respond to phone/email inquiries and walk users through troubleshooting
  • Install, modify, and clean computer hardware and software

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Less than 3 years of IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Associate's degree or 2 years technical school
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
