🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent injured workers in all stages of workers' compensation claims.
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred.
