📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Fluency in modern marketing tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards and spreadsheets
