You'll join a small, dynamic team building cloud-managed access control systems at a fast-growing security startup. You'll take ownership of major firmware systems and drive product ideas from concept to completion. This role offers a startup-within-a-startup feel with high autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain firmware for microcontrollers in access control systems.
• Collaborate with firmware, backend, and frontend engineers on product features.
• Drive product ideas from concept to completion with ownership and autonomy.
• Debug and optimize embedded systems with RTOS and device drivers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on Microcontrollers as a Software Engineer.
• Proficient in C/C++.
• Familiar with Real Time Operating Systems and device driver development.
• Familiar with I2C, SPI, and UART protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy.
• Familiarity with Secure Boot.
• Experience with Go and Python.
