You will resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and preserve building beauty and community safety. You'll provide outstanding customer service and support various properties in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency situations and on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Personal reliable transportation for travel among properties

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair

• Preserve building beauty and community safety through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
