Description

You will install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex instrumentation in a cGMP facility, supporting commercial manufacturing. You'll collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, work 4x10-hour evening shifts, and ensure equipment reliability in a paperless environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in calibration and instrumentation
• Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent training
• Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo or similar)
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, control systems, and reading P&IDs and schematics
• Understanding of relay ladder logic, PLCs, and distributed control systems

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, customer requests, and corrective instrumentation work orders
• Work on instrumentation including liquid level, temperature, pressure, flow, control valves, PLCs, and distributed I/O systems
• Use electronic maintenance work order system for documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain assigned area for inspection readiness and facility upkeep
• Cross-train to support integrated mechanical maintenance, critical utilities, and instrumentation team
