• Lead end-to-end vendor and commercial contract negotiations

• Build and own standardized contract templates and negotiation playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• 3+ years legal experience with substantial commercial contracts focus
• Experience with SaaS, technology, or professional services transactions
