You'll conduct site surveys across diverse building types, capturing asset data to support SFG20 maintenance schedules and client deliverables. Your work directly impacts statutory compliance and long-term asset management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Carry out comprehensive site surveys across various building types
• Accurately record mechanical, electrical, and fabric assets with condition and lifecycle data
• Produce structured asset registers and condition reports
• Collaborate with professional services and client teams

📋 Requirements

• HNC/HND in Building Services, Building Surveying, or Construction
• Proven experience in building services surveying or asset project delivery
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally/nationally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

✨ Nice to Have

• Membership of CIBSE, RICS, or CIOB
• Familiarity with SFG20 standards
