Description

You will manage software implementation projects, perform business analysis, and configure RELEX solutions for retail customers. You will also support the sales team and help existing customers maximize value from the platform.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration OR 5+ years retail experience
• Experience with a grocery / CPG / FMCG retailer or supplier
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders
• Advanced English and native Spanish communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead process development workshops and analyze data and KPIs
• Configure RELEX tools according to customer specifications
• Train customers and provide user support
• Manage post-project tasks: gather requirements, propose solutions, implement changes
• Support sales as a merchandising subject matter specialist
