🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish positive culture through team huddles and recognition
• Lead team meetings focusing on medical quality and well-being
• Develop doctor team via 1:1 meetings and personalized plans
• Head patient safety initiative for clinically excellent care

📋 Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree
• 5+ years 24/7 ER experience
• Passion for customer satisfaction and highest medical care
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
