Description

You will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, and replenishment. This role involves collaborating with the Operations Visual Management team to achieve optimal results and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partner with management to escalate gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes for a safe, efficient operation
