You'll lead complex IT projects for a managed service provider, designing and delivering solutions across Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security. Your work directly empowers mid-market clients through technology optimization and business-aligned outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to assess requirements and recommend solutions
• Lead small project teams or serve as senior engineer in larger engagements
• Deliver projects across Microsoft platforms, cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security
• Conduct IT environment discovery and assessments for clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of project delivery and engineering within an MSP
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft platform (Active Directory, Azure, M365)
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute IT projects from scoping through delivery
• Strong client-facing communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior mid-market or IT consulting experience
• Solutions Architect experience
• Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, CompTIA)
