You'll own the end-to-end lead processing pipeline, using AI-powered enrichment tools to clean and route leads from global marketing activities. Your impact will be measured by lead quality and timeliness directly affecting sales conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage intake of raw lead lists from events, webinars, and content syndication.
• Enforce data standards: deduplication, persona tagging, and field completion.
• Route processed leads to correct queues and owners in Salesforce.
• Track and report lead upload timeliness and data quality benchmarks.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales operations.
• Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize based on urgency.
