Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English
• Availability to work weekends
• 2–3 years in food operations/kitchens/warehouses
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs
• Supervisory and training skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure sustainable procedures are followed across facilities
• Oversee waste sorting and disposal for zero-waste compliance
• Track and analyze waste data, identifying trends and improvements
• Coordinate food waste donations with nonprofit partners
• Conduct zero-waste training and lead sustainability audits
