🎯 What You'll Do

• Support attorneys in employment litigation and discovery
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and subpoenas
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions
• Advise clients on HR matters and draft employee handbooks

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2+ years of labor and employment or litigation experience
• Admission to California Bar
• Experience with litigation support and discovery
