You'll lead revenue accounting and accounting operations at 1Password, a cybersecurity company that has surpassed $400M ARR. You'll architect a scalable revenue infrastructure to support global expansion and future external reporting, driving alignment across Sales, Legal, and Finance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and mentor a high-performing revenue and accounting operations leadership team.
• Ensure revenue processes and controls scale with company growth, reducing manual intervention.
• Assess public company readiness and devise roadmap for order-to-cash improvements.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Sales, and Legal on deal structuring and sales commission strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership in SaaS/tech.
• CPA certification or equivalent required.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP for complex SaaS revenue models.
• Proven track record of running efficient monthly close processes and managing audits.
