You'll design and build scalable data pipelines at a fintech startup reimagining co-branded credit cards. Your work will directly power decision-making across financial operations and real-time personalization for a high-growth company backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
• Own core data stack components: Snowflake, dbt Cloud, CDC frameworks
• Develop data modeling, testing, and observability best practices
• Architect data infrastructure for schema design and orchestration

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Expertise in Snowflake and dbt Cloud with dimensional modeling
• Experience with Change Data Capture (e.g., Fivetran, Hevo) and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or similar language

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or high-growth startups
• Familiarity with Kafka or Kinesis
• Exposure to data governance or ML pipelines
