You'll manage a portfolio of Mid-market to Enterprise customers at a global leader in mobile measurement and marketing analytics. Your core impact is helping customers maximize platform value and driving meaningful business outcomes through proactive engagement. This temporary role covers maternity leave through November 2026.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for customer portfolio across onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to define and execute success plans.
- Lead periodic Executive Business Reviews with customer stakeholders.
- Deliver tailored training sessions, demos, and webinars to drive adoption.
- Analyze customer usage data to surface insights and identify optimization areas.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role in SaaS or AdTech.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and connect product value to business goals.
- Technical aptitude for discussions around APIs, SDKs, and data integration.
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of mobile marketing, performance measurement, or MMPs.
- Familiarity with SDK implementation, deep linking, or marketing data integrations.
- Experience using data and customer insights to identify adoption opportunities.
