Description

As an Urgent Care provider at One Medical, you'll manage acute care concerns in a primary care setting, handling procedures like STI diagnosis, suture removal, and nebulizer treatments. You'll work in Washington, DC, as part of a team transforming healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary or urgent care seeing 14+ patients, or completed Family/Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency in last 5 years
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, at least 3 holidays per year, and two full weekends per month
• State licensed in Washington, DC by start date
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Interest in using technology for high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Manage acute care concerns including STI diagnosis, suture removal, pelvic exams, IVs, nebulizer treatments, and more
• Maintain evidence-based knowledge in urgent care and basic proficiency in primary care topics
• Comfortable with initial management of acute changes in chronic conditions
• Document physical exams, procedures, and in-office medications/prescriptions
