Description

You will act as the primary contact for customer technical issues, driving escalations from identification to closure. You'll lead cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues, improve tool performance, and support NPI and CIP activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Strong system-level understanding of hardware, software, and process integration
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment support or field engineering
  • Proven ability to manage customer escalations in high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites

Responsibilities

  • Act as single point of contact for customer technical issues
  • Own escalations from identification through root cause analysis to closure
  • Drive continuous improvement of system uptime and performance
  • Manage Non-Conformances and lead 8D reports for critical issues
  • Support NPI and CIP activities from field perspective
