You'll own solutions engineering at Knot, a merchant connectivity platform. You will be the technical lead during the entire GTM cycle from pre-sales to implementation. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing problem solving to drive seamless integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical lead during the entire GTM cycle
• Guide customers through SDK and API integration
• Debug and troubleshoot customer implementations
• Identify and resolve customer friction points

📋 Requirements

• 2-8 years of startup experience
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role
• Engineering background to explain REST APIs and SDKs
