• Lead and support site foremen on miscellaneous metals installations
• Promote safety culture through training and enforcement
• Coordinate labor schedules, materials, and equipment for multiple sites
• Collaborate with contractors to align on project goals and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in miscellaneous metals installation
• Strong leadership experience managing field teams and foremen
• Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 and welding processes
• Valid driver's license required

• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with Bluebeam, Trimble Connect, and Tekla
