You will plan, develop, test, implement, and support software applications for Compeer Financial's business systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and resolve systems issues. You'll perform code reviews, monitor application performance, and provide leadership by facilitating meetings and training team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years developing company-wide applications
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft .Net, JavaScript, C#, MS SQL
• Knowledge of business application development best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
