💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement scalable distributed infrastructure powering XBOW's AI engine across multiple cloud providers. You'll own problems end-to-end, from design through deployment, and tune cloud services for performance and reliability. This role offers high-impact work at a well-funded startup backed by Sequoia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure across multiple cloud environments
• Tune and optimize cloud services for performance and reliability
• Develop core services in TypeScript, Kotlin, and Go
• Own problems end-to-end from design to production support

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building distributed systems on cloud infrastructure like AWS
• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Comfortable with infrastructure as code such as Terraform or CDK
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues like Kafka

• Experience deploying infrastructure to multiple environments (SaaS, on-prem)
• Familiarity with observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing)
• Experience working in an early stage startup
