💼 About This Role

You'll be integral to the success of our partner in navigating complex legal landscapes as a Senior Counsel. You'll manage legal matters related to commercial contracts, ensuring the company's interests are adequately protected. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including technology agreements
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counter-parties
• Train and manage lawyers and manage outside counsel
• Manage disputes related to contracts and create/update templates

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor and member of good standing of a state bar
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Commercial contract negotiation experience
• Experience managing people

• In-house counsel experience
