You'll build Neighbor's hyperlocal marketplace partnership channel from scratch, owning referral engine across enterprise, regional, affiliate, and creator partnerships. You'll report to VP Marketing and architect systems like partner platform, payout economics, and spend optimization. This zero-to-one role offers real ownership, senior visibility, and equity in a fast-paced startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships across tiers
• Manage partner platform (Everflow) and payout economics
• Track full-funnel metrics and scale winning partners
• Coordinate API integrations and co-marketing programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in sales, BD, consulting, or account management
• Highly organized, managing 40+ partner conversations simultaneously
• Strong analytical capability with spreadsheets and metrics

• CRM, automation, or BI tool exposure (HubSpot, Salesforce, Everflow)
• Marketplace, logistics, real estate, or proptech vertical experience
