You'll act as the main point of contact for strategic clients using Ebury Connect, building long-term relationships and increasing account profitability through upsell and cross-sell. This role combines operational and commercial responsibilities in a dynamic fintech environment.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Execute commercial strategies for upsell and cross-sell
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams on incident resolution

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management
  • Experience in international payments and foreign exchange operations
  • Experience managing corporate accounts (key accounts) or B2B partners
  • Advanced or fluent English
