You'll act as the main point of contact for strategic clients using Ebury Connect, building long-term relationships and increasing account profitability through upsell and cross-sell. This role combines operational and commercial responsibilities in a dynamic fintech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Execute commercial strategies for upsell and cross-sell
- Conduct regular performance review meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams on incident resolution
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management
- Experience in international payments and foreign exchange operations
- Experience managing corporate accounts (key accounts) or B2B partners
- Advanced or fluent English
